Artist Statement
What is the world outside the boundary?
That is a question asked repeatedly during the evolution of human history. The instinct to explore is the base of evolution. The will to seek ways out was inherent in genes in all sentinel.
The problem is, there is no one knows what consequences and risks come with the process. And either what will be found in the goal. It could be just another cage outside a cage, or that could be exits right beside us without us noticing.
Character Background
LAVOS
The character was set as a creature featuring both frog and fish features.
A pet owned by an RC plane nerd. Developed a handcrafted skill inside the fish tank.
Obsessed with the beautiful view outside the owner's room, he was seeking a way to leave the tank
Background Settings
The background was set inside an RC plane nerd's room. With lots of tools and parts of the RC plane, it provide enough resources for Lavos to train himself.
Custom Rig
Aside from the advanced skeleton, I add some custom rigs like fin's control, rocket aiming and stylized eye rig in the rigging process
